Unlike weights, our bungees provide progressive resistance throughout the entire range of motion allowing for more functional patterns of movement. The Fluidity Bungee/Collar Kit combines 4 different levels of Bungee strength (light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy) along with a unique collar system that attaches to the Fluidity Barre and soft, spandex handles that can be used by both hands or feet, easily removed, and washed.
