Since I became obsessed with barre at a local studio, I have wanted to find something I could use in my home, but everything I found was a joke. I had even looked into installing a wall mounted barre in my home. Not something my partner was very happy about. Then I stumbled upon the Deluxe Fluidity Barre, ordered it and could not be happier with it. It is everything I was looking for.

This is by far the most intense workout I've done in my home! I ran track in college and after and Fluidity kicks my butt (in a good way)!!! By the time I'm done my entire body has gotten a workout. The Online Classes are great, and the system is very easy to set up and put away. I use it 3-4 times a week and noticed results after the first week. I highly recommend it.

I had back surgery a five years ago (scoliosis surgery). I became a server at a restaurant last year and had to pop Advil at the beginning of my shift because my back would start hurting. My back muscles were not as strong as I would like them to be. This program has strengthened the muscles along my spine that needed it the most and now I don't have to rely on Advil. I am pain free! You can't put a price tag on that. This program has also toned my butt and thighs - bonus!

I am using the Fluidity Barre 2-3 times per week. Love it and seeing results. Changing the way, I stand, the way my body moves. Love the video progression. Able to work out without joint pain.
